The Audi Q7, the company presents on the Shanghai Car Show has a different look. But not only the exterior has changed, technically the car has undergone some changes too. “The fuel consumption is reduced on all the models. The press release talks about the fact that the new Audi is als available with the cleanest diesel technology in the world, the TDI clean diesel.

What’s changed? The grille is the most significant one. Vertical bars with high chrome finish gives the model an extra luxury look. The bumpers were changed. When the lights go on the street lights up in Cool Blue illuminated. Yeah, the Audi Q7 is equipped with Xenon lighting or an adaptive system with Xenon lights. This means the headlight to the car rotate with the steering angle. Around the new Audi is equiped with LED lighting.

Extra efficiency
All gasoline and diesel engines for the new Audi Q7 have direct fuel injection. The same goes for the Audi Q7 3.Clean Diesel. The 3.0-liter V6 TDI has a DeNOx catalyst with AdBlue injection. It’s AdBlue additive ensures that nitrogen oxide (NOx) is converted into harmless gasses. The complex system ensures that the Audi 3.Clean diesel meets the strictest emission standards in the world, which is expected in September 2014 takes effect. The Audi Q7 3.0 TDI clean diesel fuel allows an average of 8.9 l/100 km in fuel consumption.

The other engines for the Audi Q7 are also more efficient. Mainly because of the recovery system that convert mechanical brake and roll energy into electrical energy and stored in the battery. This system provides a lower fuel consumption and therefore lower CO2 emissions (reduction up to 5 g / km).

The 3.0 TDI with 176 kW/240 hp is satisfied with 9.1 l/100 km. This Audi Q7 4.2 TDI (250 kW/340 hp) rides on an average of 9.9 l/100 km (was 11.1 l/100 km). The Audi Q7 V 12 TDI (with a power of 368 kW/500 hp) consumes despite its high-performance 11.3 l/100km. The average consumption of the 3.6 FSI petrol version (206 kW/280 hp) is 12.1 l/100 km and the 4.2 FSI V8

is 12.7 l/100 km.

The standard of luxury and top comfort on this Audi. Through the six speed tipronic transmission you control the quattro permanent four-wheel drive, you have got air conditioning and a good hi-fi and if you are not yet fully satisfied, you can opt into a B & O sound system, complete with infotainment system for your navigation, telephone and music. Your Audi Q7 4.2 TDI and 6.0 TDI has adaptive air suspension with three preset modes (comfort, automatic, dynamic) standard. Interesting options are brakes with ceramic disc brakes, adaptive cruise control, Audi lane assist, the Audi parking system and comfort seats.

My Amazing Used Audi TT

Over the past few years I have seen very favourable reviews of Audi cars on programmes like Top Gear. I decided that I wanted to invest in one, but due to the depreciation of new cars at the moment, I chose to buy a Used Audi from my local Sytner Dealership. I was presented with a superb choice of cars and took my time to pick the right one for me and my wife. After a few test drives and much deliberation I decided to drive away with a Used Audi TT. The Audi TT is a perfect car for those who like the sportiness of roadsters, but enjoy the practicalities of saloon cars. The Used Audi TT supplies you with all the motoring pleasure you could wish for.

The very first time I drove my Used Audi TT I knew it was the perfect car for me. The smoothness of the drive was matched by the urgency of the powerful engine. I felt safe; cocooned within the tough body that has passed all of Audi’s rigorous safety tests. I also felt as though I was driving a car of great magnitude. The interior of the Used Audi TT has been designed to a very high specification and makes the driver or passenger feel as though they are inside a considerably more expensive car. I thoroughly enjoy every driving experience I have in my Used Audi TT regardless of how I feel.

I still cannot believe I found this car for such a reasonable price. With only 3,000 on the clock, my Used Audi TT will guarantee me years of driving pleasure and gives me the feel of driving a luxury car even though I paid a far from luxurious price for it. I would recommend Sytner Used Audi for anyone looking for a cheap Used Audi TT or any other Used Audi model.

My Fine Used Audi A3 Sportback

As a man of very discriminating tastes, I knew it was going to be quite difficult when I went hunting for a new car. I had a decided the amount I wanted to spend, a vague idea of the sort of car I wanted and a date to go shopping. All of this was thrown into the air when a friend of mine questioned my choice whilst we were enjoying a drink in a cinema bar one night.

“So are you telling me that you haven’t considered buying a used Audi?”

To be honest I hadn’t. I was planning on getting a new car and praying that it would be reliable enough to last a long time. My friend went on;

“Used Audis are great choices. They are chic. They are reasonably priced. And they perform in a superb manner.”

I wasn’t completely convinced that a Used Audi would be for me. That is until I tried one of them. I test drove a Used Audi A3 and wanted to declare my undying love for it. The Audi A3 model I tested had an Inline four-cylinder spark-ignition engine with petrol direct injection, exhaust turbocharger with intercooler, four valves per cylinder and double overhead camshafts (DOHC). It was absolute perfection on wheels.

When my test drive had ended I was completely addicted. I needed to buy the Used Audi A3 Sportback. Within a matter of hours the Used Audi A3 Sportback was mine and I was driving home experiencing driving perfection. I sincerely doubt whether I will buy off any other car manufacturer ever again. The Audi A3 is really that great!

11 months later and I am still in love with my Used Audi A3. It is so reliable, very powerful and extremely beautiful. I would recommend Used Audi cars to anyone looking for a great car at an fantastic price. I visited my local Sytner dealership and got an unbeatable deal.

How to get a new Audi despite the recession

The Audi logo with the circles always reminds me of that magic trick magicians do, you know the one where they link a few separate solid metal rings together into a chain. As a child I could never work out how they did it, and now I find myself wondering the same thing about Audi and their equally baffling methods of staying afloat in the recession.

At a time when most of the car industry is on its knees, I’m sure I keep seeing more Audi TT’s on the roads than ever before. I’m sure I’m not imagining it – suddenly it seems everyone is driving these swanky upmarket cars, despite the obvious widespread financial issues.

I suppose it could just be that the type of people who buy Audi cars probably had plenty of money in the first place, and are less likely to have been hit hard by the credit crunch. Maybe it’s just that those who still have cash to spare for fancy cars want to flaunt it, but I doubt that can really be it. Well, not the only reason anyway!

A far more likely explanation is the fact that, while most people just can’t afford to think about investing in new cars at the moment, their old ones are still wearing out and need replacing. And if you need a new car but can’t afford to buy brand new, the logical solution is to look at car contract hire instead.

And of course the best thing about contract hire or leasing is that the cost of the car is split into manageable instalments. You’re not restricted to only considering cheaper cars, or ones that you would have been able to afford to buy outright. In fact, the better car you choose the nicer deal you usually get. So if you always wanted an Audi but couldn’t quite justify buying one, then Audi contract hire could let you get your dream car despite the credit crunch.

Judging by the increasing number of nice cars around at the moment, it would seem people are beginning to wise up to this cunning method of tricking the recession! (Oh and in case you were wondering – that other trick, the one with the rings, is done either with concealed gaps in the rings or simply slight of hand as the magician conceals that they were connected all along. And yes, my small childhood self was gutted when I eventually found it out!)
